The Québec City Grocery Anchored Retail Portfolio Properties occupy prominent locations in destination retail nodes providing excellent income characteristics and stable tenancy. The Portfolio is leased to a coveted roster of national brands anchored by IGA, Metro, Maxi, Winners, Dollarama, Jean Coutu and SAQ. There is significant potential for value enhancement through the lease-up of existing vacancy and development of excess density with approximately 184,000 SF of development density identified across the Portfolio, consisting of 100,000 SF of residential, 39,000 SF of retail and 45,000 SF of office.
