Bill Hennessey, Managing Director of Colliers East (NB-NL-PE), will be leading the expansion. In 2020, Bill launched operations in Newfoundland and Labrador with Lloyd Nash as key commercial sales and leasing agent. Since then, Colliers has successfully delivered tailored property solutions to numerous clients in the Newfoundland and Labrador region.

Jacqueline Desroches has joined Colliers as the key commercial sales and leasing agent for Prince Edward Island. Jacqueline has been a long-term member of the province's business community and has a background in property management. She brings extensive market knowledge, deep connections, and exceptional client service to Colliers.
