Repositioning for further strength
Scouts Canada provides youth-led programming that develops life skills, values, critical thinking and character through nature-based adventure and discovery. Scouts Canada enables its mission through its network of volunteers, members and leadership teams who help create lasting memories through a safe and inclusive environment. The organization implements its programming through a variety of indoor and outdoor environments, with the capacity to deliver services from coast to coast.
Paving the way for future success
In 2018, Scouts Canada and Colliers created a multi-year partnership to enable Scouts Canada to leverage a wide range of professional services, research intelligence and real property thought leadership. Together, we are working on designing a portfolio of infrastructure that serves the future needs of Scouts Canada’s membership, fosters inclusion, ensures long-term sustainability and supports “The Canadian Path" – the bold new vision for Scouts Canada’s integrated program offering for youth aged 5 to 26.
More specifically, Colliers provides integrated day-to-day support through a multi-disciplinary team with expertise in strategy, market research, valuation, development management, transaction and project management, helping pave the right path for the future of scouting in Canada.
