Anna Wray

I have worked in Commercial Real Estate for over 16 years, all with Colliers International. I began my career working in our Vancouver office, but chose to move to Victoria and found great happiness and achievements here. I have successfully completed many investment and leasing transactions, working on both sides of the transaction. My extensive experiencing in leasing, representing both landlords and tenants, enables me to leverage that knowledge to provide sound advice for my investment clients as well. My paramount focus is to understand my client's requirements and provide them honest and trustworthy advice.


My experience has been varied in that I began as Project Coordinator in the Vancouver Brokerage Division, then spent time as a Business Analyst within our corporate IT group melding business requirements with IT development, and finally as a Commercial Real Estate Agent in Victoria, BC. The evolution of my real estate career has allowed me to understand and appreciate many aspects of commercial real estate and business. This carries through in my approach to business and putting my clients' needs first.
