Bill Hennessey, Managing Director of Colliers International New Brunswick and Newfoundland, has been named one of Atlantic Business Magazine’s Top 50 CEOs for 2020

Moncton, New Brunswick, September 16, 2020 – Atlantic Business Magazine recently announced their Top 50 CEO list for 2020, and once again, Bill Hennessey’s name is among the ranks. 

Atlantic Business Magazine is an award-winning leading publication that covers all areas of business within the four Atlantic provinces. Top CEO nominations are submitted by  readers, and nominees are judged according to their corporate, community and industry involvement, and their company’s growth in recent years, among other criteria

Nash’s appointment represents the first brokerage office for Colliers in the region, although the company has steadily grown its presence in the Newfoundland/Labrador commercial real estate industry: Colliers   Real Estate Management Services team currently manages more than 800,000 SF of office space through site offices and Colliers Project Leaders is a dominant player in the project management and infrastructure space in the region, including wastewater treatment, dredging and wharf reconstruction, highway works, buildings and airports, the St. John’s Airport expansion.

As the Senior Director, Corporate Communications I Canada, Pamela  leads and motivates the team responsible for executing external and internal communications, ESG  and diversity and inclusion strategies. • enhance and protect the Colliers brand and reputation through proactive media relations, issues management, and crisis communications, serving as a spokesperson for the company with media;
• engage our people from coast to coast - developing creative communications plans, and communicate cohesive messaging across internal channels to foster a diverse culture based on inclusion and equality.
