Colliers' Montreal Team Participates in Third Annual Let's Bond Derby

Let's Bond Derby

On Thursday, May 26, our Montreal team participated in the third consecutive Let’s Bond Derby hosted by Let’s Bond. The event raised over $190,000 for three organizations in Montreal that are committed to increasing awareness for mental health: the Fondation Jeunes En Tête, The Douglas Foundation, and Up House.  

The Derby is a three-hour, one-of-a-kind fitness competition where teams both compete in a series of intense sporting challenges and aim to win the fundraising competition. Not only did our team exceed their $6,000 fundraising goal, but they took home 2nd place in the fitness competition! Congratulations to our Montreal team for raising funds for a great cause, representing Colliers, and competing in this fierce challenge.

As the Senior Director, Corporate Communications I Canada, Pamela  leads and motivates the team responsible for executing external and internal communications, ESG  and diversity and inclusion strategies. A key part of the National Marketing and Global Brand & Communications teams, Pamela  is responsible for developing & implementing internal and external communications strategies for Colliers Canada to: 

• develop and ensure consistent messaging across all business lines - brokerage, real estate management services, Colliers Project Leaders, Valuations and Advisory, Strategy and Consulting Group, and shared services; 
• enhance and protect the Colliers brand and reputation through proactive media relations, issues management, and crisis communications, serving as a spokesperson for the company with media;
• engage our people from coast to coast - developing creative communications plans, and communicate cohesive messaging across internal channels to foster a diverse culture based on inclusion and equality.
