With over 30 years of commercial real estate experience and leadership, Karl Innanen is promoted to Executive Vice President
Waterloo, ON, June 17, 2022 – Colliers is proud to announce the promotion of Karl Innanen to Executive Vice President, Broker in Kitchener-Waterloo. Karl’s 32 years of commercial real estate experience, with 22 of those spent at Colliers, has seen him as the top producer in Kitchener-Waterloo and an International Award of Excellence winner.
Since his start at Colliers, Karl quickly became a spokesperson for the investment real estate market in Southwestern Ontario. He was able to dovetail his economics education from the University of Western Ontario with the practical experiences working in the real estate brokerage field since 1989. He leverages his expertise to understand and analyze clients’ needs in relation to the dynamics of the market and formulating strategies that will enable the client to attain their business goals.
