Ivanhoe Cambridge Montreal and Quebec City Office Portfolio

ivanhoe

The Colliers Montreal Landlord Representation team is pleased to work on behalf of Ivanhoe Cambridge to reimagine Montreal and Quebec City’s most prominent neighborhoods.

Through a 5-property office portfolio totaling an astounding 3.6 million square feet, the Colliers team will actively participate in revitalizing our downtown cores, communicate Ivanhoe Cambridge’s vision for the future of our cities, and carry the energy of these flagship properties to new prospective tenants.

Available space is accessible in the following properties:

An architectural landmark, the PVM business campus boasts 2.7M SF of prime office space, and is being positioned as a hotbed of innovation in the center of downtown Montreal. In the same vicinity, 1500 Robert-Bourassa, a 550K SF heritage building adjacent to the iconic Eaton Center, home to Nuance Communications and L’Oréal Canada.

In addition, beautiful art deco buildings Le Meco and Montreal Herald, located in downtown South offer a combined 137K SF of office space.

The Price building in Old Quebec City is a prestigious heritage building spanning just over 57,000 SF, catering to companies that will enjoy smaller floorplates.

Congratulations to the Montreal Landlord Representation team, and to our Quebec City team collaborating on this important project: André Plourde, Patrick Vallières (project lead), Julien Méthot, Julie Côté, François Laurence, Thomas Coutu, Patrick Soucy, and William Grenon.
