Project Overview
The client wanted to engage as many employees as possible in the process. During the discovery phase, a series of leadership and employee workshops were conducted to gather data, insights, and diverse points of view. We facilitated a hybrid work decision-making session with the executive team to gain agreement on critical decisions.
Services Provided
Colliers developed the strategic vision, goals, and critical success factors for the future state. From there, we created a framework for the hybrid work model and developed a workplace strategy consisting of guiding principles, the workplace typology and work settings, a space allocation model, and desk-sharing ratio. Colliers delivered a workplace playbook to inform the re-design of the facility and how to implement new ways of working.
