How Colliers Canada is Responding to COVID-19

HeroCOVID191536x10402

Colliers Canada is closely monitoring developments to the COVID-19 (also known as Coronavirus) global outbreak. We are grateful to have no known cases among our associates, and our offices are currently open. We are responding to new information and adjusting our approach, as necessary, as the situation evolves.

During this time, our primary focus is the health and safety of our employees, clients, and the communities in which we operate.

In addition to following guidance from Health Canada and local health authorities, we are taking several precautionary measures to protect our staff and partners while also maintaining business continuity through dedicated teams and robust processes:

  • We are encouraging employees to work remotely and instructing any staff who feel ill to avoid coming to the office.
  • We are reinforcing the importance of good office hygiene and have made additional sanitization resources available throughout our offices.
  • We have implemented new policies regarding business and personal travel, events and meetings, which we will continue to review and align with the latest guidance from local health authorities.
  • We have increased the intervals at which our offices are cleaned. We also have protocols in place to close and sanitize specific office locations according to health authority guidelines, if required.

We recognize these are challenging circumstances, and we want you to know that we are working with other organizations and Colliers businesses across the globe, sharing best practices and resources to ensure our clients continue to a receive a high-level of service and support. We will do whatever we can to protect the well-being of those around us.
