Colliers Bolsters Senior Leadership in Quebec with New Managing Director

Annie Labbé’s growth-focused strategy to help drive business development in Quebec

Toronto, ON, November 9, 2020 – Colliers International announced today that Annie Labbé has joined the firm as Managing Director of the Valuation and Advisory team in Quebec. Annie will work with the existing leadership team to reinforce Colliers’ industry-leading position in Quebec and grow market share through strategic relationships, innovate new products, and advance multi-disciplinary teams.

Annie’s career reflects the growth-focused skillset she brings to Colliers. Most recently, Annie worked at Pricewaterhouse Coopers as the Senior Vice President of Consulting Real Estate Services and Transactions. In her role, she launched and led the real-estate advisory group division in Quebec – defining growth strategies for Eastern Canada and contributing to the business line’s local and national expansion. During this time, she also led some of the most complex analyses for portfolios on behalf of several renowned clients across public and investment companies, pension funds, and investment funds.  Prior to this, Annie was the Senior Management Partner at Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton, where she combined her advanced technical capabilities with solid business development skills to manage the firm’s strategic action plans.

In her new role, Annie will work closely with Head of Valuation & Advisory Services Scott Bowden and the management team to grow the VAS team’s position within Quebec. Annie will be responsible for fostering new clients and expanding existing relationships to drive business and develop strategies to increase Colliers’ French service offering.

• enhance and protect the Colliers brand and reputation through proactive media relations, issues management, and crisis communications, serving as a spokesperson for the company with media;
• engage our people from coast to coast - developing creative communications plans, and communicate cohesive messaging across internal channels to foster a diverse culture based on inclusion and equality.
