Colliers is pleased to be awarded management of GloveBox, a brand-new 150,000 SF Class A office building developed by KingSett Capital, Zehr Group, and Momentum Partnership, at 120 Victoria Street South in downtown Kitchener.
GloveBox is no ordinary office building. It is built around the century old Huck Glove Factory, where the heritage of the original brick and beam warehouse has been restored and integrated with the soaring glass and sophistication of a contemporary seven storey office and retail environment built to LEED-NC Gold standard.

Managing a new build such as GloveBox requires a unique skillset, including an ability to understand how the design and construction will shape the services tenants require and to proactively prepare the contracts, equipment, and management team so the onboarding is smooth. The ownership team entrusted Colliers to deliver on this project, given our experience managing KingSett’s prominent Vancouver property, the newly revitalized Arthur Erickson Place.
