Colliers Real Estate Management Services is pleased to have been awarded management of Bloor Islington Place, located at 3250-3300 Bloor St. W. in Toronto.
Recognizable across the Greater Toronto Area, Bloor Islington Place is a three tower, 885,000 SF Class A office complex.
This mandate builds on a national partnership between Colliers and Starlight Investments that began almost 10 years ago. The onboarding of Bloor Islington Place, along with Starlight properties located at 1595 16th Ave in Richmond Hill and 5650 Victoria Park Ave in North York, brings the total number of properties REMS manages on behalf of Starlight to 21.
