Colliers Bolsters Leadership Team With New Montreal Managing Director, Colin Worrell

Colin Worrell joins Colliers International with a proven track record of leading high-performance brokerage teams in Eastern Canada 


November 4, 2019 – MONTREAL, QC: Colliers International, a leading commercial real estate services and investment management company, announced today that Colin Worrell has joined the firm as Managing Director of Colliers’ Montreal office.


Colin began his career as a consultant at Colliers in 2002 and since then, he’s held several senior leadership roles in the commercial real estate industry including at Sotheby’s and GVA Devencore. Most recently Colin led a high-performing brokerage team at Allied Properties Real Estate Investment Trust (APREIT), a prominent business specializing in owning, managing and developing urban office environments throughout Canada. Colin’s seven-year tenure at APREIT is marked by consistent success at directing the leasing function of the business in Allied’s Eastern Canadian portfolio of approximately 6 million square feet, including; strategy development, revenue generation and leading the integration of over 2.5 million square feet of new leasable area.
