Colliers Bolsters Research Capability with Appointment of New National Research Head

Colliers announced today that the firm has brought on Roelof van Dijk as Senior Director, Research & Analytics | Canada. van Dijk will lead the strategy and operation of Colliers Canada Research, delivering market intelligence initiatives that give Colliers and its clients a competitive advantage. He will focus on developing a high-performance national research team that leverages Colliers’ best-in-class market intelligence to produce relevant insights on local and national market and industry trends that inform client decisions, address market needs and support Colliers’ growth strategies. 

van Dijk comes to Colliers with 15 years of experience covering the Canadian commercial real estate market. He was most recently the Director of Market Analytics and Market Economist at CoStar Canada. He also worked as a project manager and urban planning consultant for residential developers in the Greater Toronto Area.

As the Senior Director, Corporate Communications I Canada, Pamela  leads and motivates the team responsible for executing external and internal communications, ESG  and diversity and inclusion strategies. • develop and ensure consistent messaging across all business lines - brokerage, real estate management services, Colliers Project Leaders, Valuations and Advisory, Strategy and Consulting Group, and shared services; 
• enhance and protect the Colliers brand and reputation through proactive media relations, issues management, and crisis communications, serving as a spokesperson for the company with media;
• engage our people from coast to coast - developing creative communications plans, and communicate cohesive messaging across internal channels to foster a diverse culture based on inclusion and equality.
