I have worked in the Real estate industry for 20 years in various locations & markets, namely: London UK; Perth, Australia; and BC, Canada. 
As a Senior Property Manager for Colliers and a licensed Property Manager in Vancouver, I enjoy being an active advisor to my clients for executing their investment management goals.
I support and encourage sustainability as a LEED Green Associate. I enjoy implementing my knowledge and continually educate myself as technologies and regulations change. I have managed retrofits and building optimization initiatives for achieving clients’ sustainability goals and KPI’s as well as supporting Colliers’ green building initiatives.
I enjoy solving complex challenges, creating positive outcomes for clients, delivering excellent service to Tenants, visitors, and contractors. I have achieved this by effectively managing my team, building trust, utilizing available resources, industry knowledge & experience and continuous education & training.
My current assignment is The Exchange Building, completed in 2017. It comprises a AAA office tower sitting atop The Old Stock Exchange building, combining for a 31 floor, 370,000 Sq. ft. LEED Platinum flagship asset in the heart of Vancouver’s downtown area. The building has 7 levels of underground parking and incorporates a heritage building with Harry Gugger designed new construction. The Exchange is 100% leased. I supervise a team of 4 staff.
Prior to The Exchange, I managed Metrotower III, located in Metrotown area of Burnaby, B.C.
Metrotower III, a AAA LEED Platinum (415,000 sq. ft.) commercial office tower built in 2014, consisting of 29 floors of premium office with 5 levels of underground parking. I supervised a team of 4 staff. I managed several construction projects during this time, spanning 6 floors (4 partial and 2 full floors) to bring the building to 100% occupancy. Other projects include building optimization and energy efficiency improvements to achieve and exceed clients KPI’s.
