Yanis focuses his efforts in the North-East Toronto market as an Office Leasing Specialist, with a specialization in the technology sector. Over the years Yanis’ strong work ethic and attention to detail has contributed to the successful execution of many complex real estate transactions.
Since 2007 Yanis has completed over 500 lease transactions, including lease renewals and relocations. On behalf of his clients, Yanis has been involved in over 4,000,000 square feet of office leasing. This high level of transaction management gives Yanis a very strong understanding of the market place and a solid reputation in the commercial real estate industry.
From Fortune 500 Companies to owner operated businesses, Yanis provides insightful local market knowledge combined with a thorough understanding of his client’s business objectives to create well developed real estate strategies for his clients. Yanis’ thorough process ensures the mitigation of risk and creates a strong leveraged negotiation for his clients.
Accomplishments
Yanis is a regular attendee at the Colliers Awards of Excellence. Yanis received an award of excellence and was part of the Everest Club by being in the top ten percentile North America wide. Yanis was promoted to Vice President in 2015.
