Accomplishments
Ward's leasing experience includes lease transactions from both the tenant and landlord perspective, subleasing and assignment, surrender, renewal and premises expansions and contractions. His solid educational background gives him strength in communication, negotiation and financial analysis allowing his clients to evaluate all scenarios and make informed decisions.
With a strong background in sales, Ward delivers pitch presentations, effective research and uncommon knowledge to his clients serving as an excellent foundation to achieve optimal results.
A few succeessful client transactions include Warman Plaza, Day's Paint Strip Mall in Downtown Saskatoon and the acquisiton of a large warehouse and then sale of their own building on behalf of the Saskatoon Catholic School Board. As well, successful building transactions in secondary real estate markets including Melfort, Prince Albert and Kindersley. Recent successful leasing transactions coordinated by him include Landlord representation at 411 Herold Court Mall for private owners, 301 2nd Ave Malll on behalf of Saskatoon Public Library and tenant representation for Munchkin Mansion in the former Motion Fitness Building on Nelson Road.
Outside of the business world, he achieved high levels of competition in hockey, baseball and golf.
Education
Ward obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree, followed by a Business Administration Certificate and a Leadership Development Program Certificate at the University of Saskatchewan.
