Tom joined Colliers in 2012 and has since led clients through over 300 transactions: 1.35M square feet of leased space and $112M in real estate sales. Working with a senior salesperson for the first seven years, Tom accrued a wide range of expertise and proficiency in office and industrial sales and leasing. With a keen eye and affinity for paper and process, Tom is committed to providing sound, data driven advisory service focused on identifying opportunities and reducing unnecessary risk. Tom’s goal is to provide the right contacts, data, and insight to ensure clients proceed through real estate transactions feeling well-informed and confident.
Tom is pleased to be a part of Saskatoon's Combined Business Group and Entertainment District Task Force. He is considered an industry expert and has volunteered his time as chair of the Saskatchewan Realtors Association commercial council, where he has led the commercial forms committee, commercial education curriculum task force, and collaborated on new member training initiatives. Tom is passionate about education and regulation initiatives aiming to improve standards across the industry.

Tom graduated from the University of Saskatchewan in 2010 with a Bachelor of Commerce with a Management Major and Recognition in German Language.

Jarek joined Colliers as a research analyst, performing due diligence and data collection for the office's internal database. He soon transitioned to a role within the highest grossing sales team in the province as a Client Project Coordinator, providing internal support for the team while testing for his Saskatchewan real estate license. Once licensed, Jarek partnered with Senior Sales Associate Tom Deibert. The team brings 12 years of experience in the industry and a wide reaching network of current (and potential) landlords and tenants.
Prior to joining Colliers, Jarek received a Bachelor of Commerce with the Edwards School of Business at the University of Saskatchewan. During this time, he was highly active in the school's student society and volunteered with a number of other organizations around the college. Additionally, he acquired a Co-op placement work term at Federated Co-operatives Limited, during which he utilized sales, consumer behaviour, and demographics to build strategic store layouts for Co-op Grocery locations as well as performed due diligence on potential real estate acquisitions. He honed his ability in cold calling and traditional sales tactics while running a Student Works Painting Franchise, while utilizing digital marketing tactics in producing online marketing campaigns for over 100 successful student events as VP of Marketing for his Student Society.
