Tim joined the Kitchener-Waterloo office in 2018 as part of a team specializing in commercial office sales and leasing. He works with Charlie Parsons and John Lind assisting a variety of clients, including both Landlords and Tenants, with the fulfillment their office leasing and sales needs. As a member of this team, Tim has gained experience executing both lease and investment transactions.
Tim also has professional experience in several key business areas, including operations, sales and finance. He uses his knowledge of these functions to understand his clients' businesses, providing insights and asking questions that encourage critical thinking about strategic plans and requirements.
Prior to starting his business career, Tim played professional level hockey and won a U SPORTS National Championship. As a result, Tim is an excellent team player who challenges the status quo and is committed to continual improvement.

John entered the commercial real estate market in 1997 with a small brokerage firm located in Toronto’s Central Business District where he quickly became known for his exceptional ability to form lasting and beneficial client relationship. He is often entrusted with large projects and accounts because he has proven his ability to create and follow through on a process that achieves the best results, without ever loosing sight of the client’s goals.
John’s continued focus is the commercial office space market. Some of his former clients have included high tech firms, law firms, “Not For Profit” organizations, financial groups, public relations and advertising firms.
