Stephen began his career in commercial real estate in 2001 working for JJ Barnicke (later re-branded as DTZ) in Vancouver. For the first 5 years of his career he worked in the retail sector representing either Landlord or the tenant in all major retail nodes throughout Greater Vancouver. He transitioned his business in 2006 to specialize in Development and Investment sales and worked in that sector very successfully for the following 10 years. While representing either purchaser or vendor Stephen has worked with almost every major developer in the Greater Vancouver market at some point and has facilitated sales with a valuation approaching $500,000,000.00. With a shift in family life, Stephen re-located with his wife and 3 children to Kelowna in 2017 and joined the Colliers team in the Okanagan.
Past clients have included private equity, institutional investors, developers, local and offshore investors/developers.. With Stephen's extensive lower mainland knowledge, experience, contacts and his continued and ongoing presence in the Vancouver market, he is an excellent bridge between markets.
Born and raised in Vancouver, Stephen attended Quinnipiac University in Connecticut to play for the Nationally ranked men's ice hockey team and obtained his Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Finance

Sarah joined Colliers in March 2007 as part of the Real Estate Management Services team and supported national business development activities in both the Vancouver and Calgary offices. Sarah worked with a national team to develop and produce marketing materials, communication tools, and proposals.
Sarah currently supports both Canadian operations business services, and business operations for the brokerage service line. Sarah works closely with the executive leadership team to support and implement business processes and needs; and is responsible for reporting, analysis and support on projects. She is also responsible for supporting deal administration, coordination of office initiatives and project coordination to ensure alignment with national operations strategies. Sarah is responsible for the onboarding and training of new team members and helping all new employees understand the organizational structure and operations of Colliers.
