BUSINESS EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining the Investment Sales Division within Colliers, Sokha was extensively involved in the origination and execution of commercial real estate financing for various asset classes including Multifamily, Retail, Industrial, Mixed-Use, Owner-Occupied, and Land over the past decade across Canada.
Most recently, she held the role of Principal Broker for Colliers’ Debt Advisory Service Line where she was responsible for integrating its expertise with the support of existing service lines including Investment Sales, Landlord & Tenant Representation, Valuation & Consulting, Project & Development Management, and Property Management.
Her wealth of knowledge and understanding of the financial analysis & underwriting of commercial real estate assets allows her to strategically deliver and provide comprehensive real estate advisory services to her existing and growing list of clients.
