I have worked in the Real estate industry for 20 years in various locations & markets, namely: London UK; Perth, Australia; and BC, Canada.
As a Senior Property Manager for Colliers and a licensed Property Manager in Vancouver, I enjoy being an active advisor to my clients for executing their investment management goals.
I support and encourage sustainability as a LEED Green Associate. I enjoy implementing my knowledge and continually educate myself as technologies and regulations change. I have managed retrofits and building optimization initiatives for achieving clients’ sustainability goals and KPI’s as well as supporting Colliers’ green building initiatives.
I enjoy solving complex challenges, creating positive outcomes for clients, delivering excellent service to Tenants, visitors, and contractors. I have achieved this by effectively managing my team, building trust, utilizing available resources, industry knowledge & experience and continuous education & training.
My current assignment is The Exchange Building, completed in 2017. It comprises a AAA office tower sitting atop The Old Stock Exchange building, combining for a 31 floor, 370,000 Sq. ft. LEED Platinum flagship asset in the heart of Vancouver’s downtown area. The building has 7 levels of underground parking and incorporates a heritage building with Harry Gugger designed new construction. The Exchange is 100% leased. I supervise a team of 4 staff.
Prior to The Exchange, I managed Metrotower III, located in Metrotown area of Burnaby, B.C.
Metrotower III, a AAA LEED Platinum (415,000 sq. ft.) commercial office tower built in 2014, consisting of 29 floors of premium office with 5 levels of underground parking. I supervised a team of 4 staff. I managed several construction projects during this time, spanning 6 floors (4 partial and 2 full floors) to bring the building to 100% occupancy. Other projects include building optimization and energy efficiency improvements to achieve and exceed clients KPI’s.

2012 Knight Frank (Australia) One accomplishment that stands out is a successful lease restucturing negotiation which resulted in a 60% increased revenue for my Client for a 10 year Lease renewal of a national chain Tenant, which also involved an expansion and major renovation. This was achieved by arranging alternative space for the Tenant occupying the space in the adjacent unit at another premises owned by the same client. In addition, the Lease incentive negotiated was 1 month, compared to the standard 6 month Tenant incentive.
My background and major were in Business accounting; however I found my niche in Property Accounting whilst working in London, U.K for over 7 years. This experience developed my passion for the Real Estate industry, to which I worked for high profile property management companies for globally renowned clients (e.g. ING and Henderson Global Investors), and also for real estate investment pension fund managers such as AXA and Equitable Life Assurance Society. My portfolio whilst working for AXA REIM was valued at over GBP1.1 billion. I was able to transition into the Property Management side of the industry whilst in my homeland of Perth, Australia where for 4 years I utilized the experience and mentorship gained from London to achieve the best results, both for my career as a licensed Property Manager, and for my diverse portfolio clients. Upon arriving in Vancouver in 2013, I completed licensing requirements and have worked with Colliers since August 2013, where I have also acheived LEED Green Associate and RPA designations. In 2016, I was fortunate to be selected for the inital group to undertake the Harvard Mentor Manager program.

Lesley's responsibilities include leading the property management teams in the delivery of service excellence and streamlining operations. Lesley has experience managing all asset classes, specializing in first class office and retail.
Before joining Colliers, Lesley held various senior management positions with Cadillac Fairview, Narland Properties, Brookfield Properties, and Royal LePage.

Fran is Manager Field Services, Facility Services, Vancouver, he is responsible for for providing the day to day supervision, oversight and organization of the Mobile Service Technicians who provide building operations and services on commercial and residential properties.

Randy is responsible for the delivery of investor client services with assets totalling 19M SF of commercial real estate. He has gained extensive experience within the Canadian Commercial Real Estate Industry in Real Estate Management over the last 30+ years. This has been primarily focused on Accounting, Finance, Development and Acquisitions. Prior to Colliers Randy held senior executive posts such as SVP Western Canada with DREAM Office REIT and CEO of DREAM Industrial REIT. He graduated from the Certified General Accountants program in 1990.
