Sacha graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration majoring in International Management from ESG UQAM in Montreal and made the move to Vancouver in 2016. He is working towards obtaining the requirements for the AACI, P.App designation.
Sacha joined the Colliers International Valuation team of Vancouver in early 2017 and works on a variety of assignments relating to commercial and residential properties ranging from multi-family apartments and residential development land to industrial and office buildings primarily throughout the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley.
Sacha is a driven individual continuing to enhance his valuation skills and techniques who is appreciated for his strong work ethic and attention to detail.

My Team
I have the over 30 years of experience assisting clients with value based decisions. My valuations have addressed strategic acquisitions, provided for appropriate financing, facilitated leasing at market rates, proved development viability, and provided solutions including timely disposition, expropriation, compensation, tax mitigation and appeals and estate settlements. In the past I leased and sold a wide range of commercial and industrial properties in Metro Vancouver and thus have hands-on negotiation and transactional experience. I have acted as an agent for clients in significant Assessment Appeal Hearings, given evidence in BC Supreme Court and acted for court appointed receivers. My role at Colliers includes the appraisal of a wide range of commercial real estate in British Columbia with a specialization in industrial property. I currently share in the management responsibilities for our practice group.
James Glen has considerable experience in assisting clients with their real estate requirements for a wide range of property and project types. As an AACI, P.App. designated member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and a licensed salesperson, James Glen is well versed in all aspects of servicing clients’ real estate needs, specializing in the following areas:

As Head of Valuation & Advisory Services for Colliers Canada, Scott focuses on continually increasing revenue by identifying prime opportunities and establishing strategic relationships, as well as maximizing technology and Colliers International's exceptional platform to create greater efficiencies and market share for the team. He advocates for clients, helping them prove the value of their assets, and for the Valuation & Advisory Services team, empowering them to leverage Colliers’ brand, resources and scope to become the industry’s best.
Scott is a passionate communicator and strategist who is always willing to try something new and looking for ways to do things better.
Jenn started in March 2016 as the Valuation and Advisory Services Assistant in the Vancouver office. Previously, she worked with Simon Fraser University in Graduate Studies admissions, as well as in the travel industry. Customer satisfaction has always been a driving force in her daily work, no matter which industry she has been a part of.
Andre is a real estate professional with over 28 years of experience in the valuation and preparation of expert appraisal reports for various types of commercial and residential assets. His specific strength is in the valuation of industrial, retail, multi-family, and mixed-use assets, and development land. Having joined the Appraisal Institute in 1992, he has completed many industrial, retail, and development land appraisals for developers, investors, and for several of the major bank’s commercial divisions, mainly in the Vancouver and Lower Mainland, but also all over the province of British Columbia.
Most recently, Andre has become the main point of contact within the Okanagan Valley in British Columbia for the Colliers appraisal team. He focuses his services in development land, retail and office properties, and industrial properties.
Andre has been accepted by the BC Supreme Court and private arbitrations as an expert witness in real estate appraisal matters.
Prior to joining Colliers in 2016, Andrew began his career as a real estate professional while working for another local Victoria real estate firm. Residing in Victoria since 1977, Andrew is a local Victoria market expert. He has completed over 125 appraisals with Colliers International and the total value of property appraised is in excess of $500M.

Chris entered the real estate industry in 1973 and became a full-time appraiser in 1976. He has been in the field for more than 47 years, 44 of which has been in the real estate appraisal business. He was awarded the use of the professional designation AACI on July 10, 1980.
His field of expertise includes all types of real estate from residential to commercial, industrial, as well as vacant land and various forms of partial taking and partial interest valuations. His specialty has evolved over the years, and he now focuses on land appraisals and expropriation cases, as well as industrial improved property valuation.
His clients range from Federal, Provincial, and municipal governments, as well as major banks, credit unions, and institutions such as BC Hydro and Metro Vancouver. He is the only approved appraiser for the Royal Bank of Canada at Colliers in BC.
