Director, Global Digital Strategy & Marketing Technology
Raveena oversees the architecture of our global marketing technology stack to enhance Colliers’ marketing efforts and generate leads for the business across brand amplification, service line marketing, professional & expert marketing, property marketing mandate execution and recruitment targeting.
She works in partnership with our regional marketing leaders globally on our strategic digital initiatives. These include developing global strategies and toolkits to support regions in their lead generation efforts, as well as the implementation of marketing technologies related to digital advertising, social media and brand.
In her previous role, Raveena oversaw the Canadian digital marketing program for Colliers, working closely with the local brokerage teams across Canada to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns for our landlord clients. She successfully launched Colliers first digital property marketing program, commercial strata site, podcast series, and led the launch of the new collierscanada.com.
Raveena has consistently delivered excellent, measurable results, with her efforts culminating in Canada’s digital property marketing program being named a finalist for the Innovation Award at the 2018 Colliers Americas Conference in Phoenix.
Prior to joining Colliers, Raveena spearheaded digital marketing initiatives for new residential developments at Polygon Homes.

Blair joins Colliers with over 10 years of creating and working with websites and content management systems, as well as developing and implementing digital marketing communications campaigns across email marketing, social media, and digital advertising platforms. Blair also has solid experience training internal teams and external clients on web applications and content management systems.
