Senior Advisor, People Services
With a background in recruiting, Raj joined Colliers in 2017 as a Talent Acquisition Advisor, working directly with US Brokerage Operations teams across the West and Central regions. In 2019 Raj was promoted into a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor role, working directly with Corporate Services and Occupier Services across North America. Raj partners strategically with her hiring managers, to understand current and future hiring needs. Raj is an expert in sourcing top talent through networking and building talent pipelines for future business opportunities. In May of 2020, Raj has transferred into a Senior People Services Advisor role to support the Western US Brokerage business. As a member of the HRBP team, Raj is responsible for building strong relationships across the brokerage business to provide advice and guidance for many areas including: employee engagement, performance management, training and development, orientation and onboarding, and diversity.
Raj's focus to recruitment excellence surrounds working strategically with hiring managers to build high performing teams through sourcing top active/passive talent and consistently maintaining a great candidate experience. Working closely with the market leaders as a recruitment partner, Raj brings an expertise in recruiting roles within operations, administration, IT, research, finance, accounting, marketing, insurance,risk, and more.

Vice President, People Services – North America
As VP People Services for North America, Kerris provides senior HR leadership to support all business units across the US and Canada, approximately 7000+ professionals. She is responsible for leading the North American People Services team of more than 80 professionals, overseeing all aspects of talent management. Prior to this, Kerris was the Director of Talent Acquisition for North America leading all Talent Acquisition activity for the region. She coached, mentored and managed a high performing team of 18 Talent Acquisition specialists with a focus on strategic business partnerships, candidate experience excellence, employment brand championship, diversity & inclusion and continuous process improvement.
Before joining Colliers in 2017, Kerris worked at Catalyst Paper and was HR business partner to all corporate staff and the executive leadership team in Canada and the USA, including the Distribution Centres, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Customer Solutions, Sourcing & Technical Services, HR and Corporate Services which involved regular visits to mill and manufacturing operations and offices in BC, Maine, Wisconsin and Ohio. In addition she was responsible for leading a team of 3 talent acquisition specialists in recruiting and enabling the selection of operations, trades, technical, professional, managerial and executive talent across the company in both the US and Canada – approximately 2,600 permanent staff (80% hourly & unionised).
Kerris' career has spanned two continents. Prior to relocating to Canada from the UK 9 years ago, she had a successful career in recruitment, working for a range of small boutique, large international, and self-owned search firms specialising in senior level executive search.

Ambrareen is a Human Resources Professional with over 8 years of experience in recruitment and retention, conflict resolution and change management. She has proven experience collaborating with senior management in providing strategic efficiencies that would support and further department and corporate goals. Along with the ability to manage high volume recruiting and over 5 years of industry experience Ambareen is able to quickly build rapport and networks to help meet organizational and team goals.

Hira currently leads the Talent Scouting team in Canada across Executive, Brokerage and Campus verticals. Hira joined Colliers in 2017 as the Head of Executive Talent on the Canada Scouting Team with a mandate to strategically network and partner with exceptional executive talent for current and future opportunities. As a business partner, she also drives senior stakeholder relationships across all business lines in Canada.

Senior Talent Acquisition Scout
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Scout, Shandele leads the talent acquisition efforts for Brokerage sourcing and engagement. Partnering with our Managing Directors across Canada, Shandele proactively identifies diverse, top talent to join Colliers, and achieves data driven goals to grow and enhance Colliers' high powered sales and leasing teams. With a consultative approach, Shandele identifies areas for improvement and provides solutions to ensure Colliers remains an employer of choice.
As a true subject-matter-expert, Shandele is passionate about social recruiting trends and building authentic relationships. She develops and implements sourcing, recruiting, succession and retention strategies. She cares about the people around her, and takes pride in the work she does. Her personal mission is to be a talent sourcing and employer branding expert, while sharing her insights along the way.
Prior to Colliers, Shandele gained a broad range of recruitment and selection experience within the Legal industry. She is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR), and a Certificed Predictive Index Analyst. She obtained her Management Studies Diploma, Specialization in Human Resources at Thompson Rivers University (2018), and her Human Resources Management Certificate at BCIT (2011).
