He has been working within the business community in South Eastern New Brunswick gaining a reputation of excellence in customer service, good business acumen and client relationship management. Pierre has also been a community leader most of his career being involved in minor sports, Rotary and many boards and committees. Bill has been an active member of the Greater Moncton business community for over 20 years. He has been a shareholder with a variety of gaming and technology companies. Bill brings his unquestionable desire to provide excellent customer service to Colliers International. Using technology and creative business acumen, he has redefined the traditional process of commercial sales.
Bill is a strong believer in and supporter of community engagement. He was a key member of the Kay Community Centre Foundation. This dedicated group of volunteers saved a local Moncton hockey rink from destruction and transformed it into the Crossman Community Centre. Today the Centre hosts a variety of activities for people of all ages. Bill is currently a coach in minor hockey. He is also the 2nd Vice Chairperson of the Friends of the Moncton Hospital Foundation. The Foundation is currently raising $10M to improve the quality of care at the hospital.
With an extensive background in commercial real estate marketing, Martine brings her vast knowledge of how to get your property in front of the right eyes. Martine also has a history in the hospitality industry which allowed her to acquire critical skills she now brings to the table for her clients, leadership, management and relationship-building capabilities. Martine’s passion for delivering results for her clients is undeniable and has resulted in a long list of return clientele. She has sold several prominent buildings and has facilitated numerous successful leases for both landlords and tenants. A fluently bilingual New Brunswick native, Martine’s connections in the business community span the province.
Heidi joined the team at Colliers in July 2015, as a commercial sales and leasing agent, and specializing in office and retail properties. Primary focus is in area of property sales & acquisitions, and leasing services. Drawing on 25+ years experience in the real estate industry, Heid is client focused and driven to produce results for her clients. Heid is licensed Realtor with the New Brunswick Real Estate Association, a Commissioner of Oaths, and a member of ICSC, and BOMA NB/PEI.
Prior to joining Colliers, Heidi gained a wealth of real estate expertise while employed at Co-op Atlantic. Her initial role was that of Real Estate Coordinator where her responsibilites included sales, leasing, and management of their real estate assets. She was later promoted to Manager, Real Estate Development where she managed the real estate development & project management activities for new construction and property improvements for retail grocery stores, multi-unit housing, and financial services institutions, while also continuing the property sales, leasing, and property management functions.
She began her real estate career with O&Y Enterprise in shopping center marketing & promotions, and then promoted to Property Manager of several retail shopping centers, office, and industrial/warehouse properties for multiple national owners, including Rio Can.
Mike is currently Director of Corporate Sales and Leasing at Colliers International, New Brunswick, assisting institutional and private investment in Commercial Real Estate. He is applying his many years of business ownership experience to assist clients in buying and/or selling commercial real estate, businesses as well as leasing opportunities.
Mike joined Colliers from a Senior position in the Transportation Industry and many years of Entrepreneurial, business and Financial Management experience. He began his working career in Banking and added experience in the Insolvency field before purchasing his first business in 1984.
Mike provides a strong work ethic to add to his experience in order to service existing and soon to be existing clients in all of their Commercial Real Estate requirements.
Stephen has over 32 years of experience in residential, commercial and investment sales. He has a proven track record and has received numerous designations and sales awards in his field. His experience has allowed him to acquire an exquisite understanding of the real estate market and its trends. Stephen previously held the role of President with the Greater Moncton Real Estate board which has allowed him to build a positive rapport with the realty and business community alike. He has an overall commitment to work hard, listen and follow through. He provides quality service to build relationships with clients and more importantly, maintains those relationships by communicating effectively. When he’s not working on closing deals for his client’s, Stephen spends time with his wife and two children. He also spends his free time coaching various sports teams within the community.
With over 16 years in the real estate industry, Marco serves his clients
with an honest and transparent approach. Having grown up in the
Greater Moncton area, and offering service in English, French and Italian,
he has established strong relationships that span the province.
Primarily focusing on investment properties, Marco is a key member
of the FiveFive Queen sales team and closed numerous successful
transactions for the project. He continues to work with investors and
grow his network in the multi-unit development space. Knowing how
important of a decision making a real estate investment is, Marco utilizes
his passion and motivation to help his clients successfully reach their
goals.
Jesus has extensive experience with projects, budgeting, sales and personnel management which he gathered during his time within the Oil Industry. As Jesus started to make real estate investments, he realized how dynamic and diverse the interaction with people within this industry was. This ultimately fuelled his decision to set his sights on a career in real estate. Jesus first became a commercial sales & leasing agent to help buyers and sellers achieve their goals. He then proceeded to expand his market and founded his own construction company. He proceeded to hire an experienced master builder and started to build custom homes. Most recently, after performing detailed research in the US Real Estate emerging markets, he put together a team of experts to invest in buy-fix-sell strategies, more commonly known as “Flips”. Jesus has a vast knowledge of the real estate industry and was President of the Greater Moncton Realtors Board of Directors in 2017-2018. He continues to give back to the community and is currently a volunteer with the Canadian Red Cross, Disaster Management group. Jesus offers his clients service in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
If you have ever bought, sold or leased a property with our Colliers East, team, chances are you know Nikki or have heard tell of her when it comes to the marketing of your property. She has been working as the Marketing Manager for Colliers East for the last 4+ years and has been responsible for planning and executing the property marketing campaigns as well as the social media channels.
As the newest member of the Commercial Sales & Leasing team, she will use her marketing background, and industry knowledge, to continue to help accelerate the success of our clients and our office.
As the Marketing & Research Coordinator for Colliers New Brunswick and Newfoundland & Labrador, I am responsible for contributing to its online presence on social media platforms and analyzing market data. Working alongside the Marketing Manager I help develop all marketing materials that put the company on the map in Atlantic Canada.
After Graduating from l’Université de Moncton in Sports & Recreation Management, I did my internship in marketing and events at the Avenir Centre in Moncton. Following this, I went on to become a Content & Coordination Strategist for a Marketing Agency here in Moncton. During my time at BrainWorks Marketing, I managed the video department and worked on multiple projects, for example, leading the team during the sold-out Barack Obama Event in Nova Scotia in 2019.
Bringing my experience in client relations, social media, and content development, I am excited to continue developing my skills and creating unique experiences for all clients at Colliers.
