Matt Binfet is an Executive Vice President and Partner with Colliers International, and a member of the Industrial Services Team. Matt has been serving the Calgary industrial marketplace for more than 25 years and has consistently been one of the top commercial real estate brokers in Canada. Matt has been inducted into the Colliers Everest Club, which recognizes the performers in the 10th (top) percentile in Brokerage, Valuation, and Corporate Solutions across the Americas, who demonstrate a dedication to service excellence and building long-standing and valued client relationships. He has primarily focused his efforts on tenant representation and year after year is involved in many of the largest transactions in the City of Calgary. Neil has over 20 years experience in brokerage and has been instrumental in finding opportunities for developers and investors.
Josh Magnussen is a Vice President and Partner in the Colliers International Calgary Brokerage group. Over the past 10 years Josh has focused exclusively on industrial real estate in the Alberta market. Josh works closely with a team of agents and support staff to ensure his clients receive unparalleled service on all fronts.
Josh focuses his day to day business servicing the needs of occupiers seeking lease relocation, lease renewal, property purchase and property sale services. Josh also works closely with the property ownership community listing property for key developer and landlord clientele.
Josh has completed a variety of transactions ranging from 1,500 square feet to over 300,000 square feet and prides himself in providing the same level of service regardless of the size or nature of the transaction.
Kyle specializes in comprehensive industrial sale and lease advisory services with a focus on the Calgary area and the surrounding markets. Kyle joined Colliers in 2017 and focuses on tenant representation as well as assisting landlords with the sale and leasing of their properties through hard work and determination.
Kyle is an Associate and works alongside Matt Binfet, Paul Marsden, Neil Ferris, and Josh Magnussen. Kyle’s expert and methodical approach is invaluable when assisting landlords with the sale and leasing of their properties, as well as when working with tenant's to secure a new space or renew in their current location. Kyle is an integral part of the Colliers Industrial Services Team, and his areas of expertise include a specialized focus within Land Marketing, Land Sales, Portfolios, Project Leasing, Project Marketing, and Transaction Services. As an key part of his team, Kyle has been personally responsible for facilitating dozens of client transactions, and has a proven track record of commitment and enthusiasm for each client he represents.
Jessica started her career with Colliers International in 2016. As a transaction manager, Jessica assists her team through deal tracking, client management, sale and leasing documentation, conducting market research, designing marketing materials and listing brochures, creating pitches/proposals, performing general brokerage administration, and assistance in daily operations.
Jennifer joined the Colliers Industrial Services Team in 2018, bringing with her previous real estate experience of the industrial market.
