Specializing in lease-up and sale of high profile urban office & retail properties, Paul has a strong understanding of the urban Toronto market and is viewed by landlords and developers as a strategic partner on existing and future mixed use projects, providing insights on valuation and strategy. He brings a unique skill set to real estate strategies with a background in design and project management. Having served as Project Manager for one of Canada’s leading construction managers, he has developed a unique ability to understand client requirements, negotiation structures, constructability, lease-up and disposition strategies as well as quantitative analysis and financial risk. His diverse background allows him to address office & retail requirements with a holistic approach that aligns business plans with real estate objectives.
Paul also has a proven track record of tenant representation in Office Leasing, being nominated for the SIOR Office Broker of the Year award in 2021.
