Entrepreneur and business leader Franklin Holtforster founded Colliers Project Leaders in 1989. As President he has grown the company into a leading real-property and infrastructure project management firm with offices across Canada and the Middle East. An engineer and Project Management Professional, Franklin has directed major capital projects for private- and public-sector clients, nationally and internationally.
Franklin serves on the Board of the Real Property Institute of Canada, is a recipient of the Order of Honour of Professional Engineers Ontario and the Province of Ontario Volunteer Award, a Warden of the Iron Ring, and a Canada’s Clean50 honouree.
An in-demand speaker on the topics of business, leadership and sustainability, Franklin has delivered variations of his Intentional Leadership workshop to a wide range of audiences.
Gordon has 30 years experience in the construction industry, including the establishment of two consulting practices. He has led successful delivery of hundreds of commercial, municipal, institutional and retail projects throughout Canada. He has extensive expertise delivering specialized project management services requiring rigorous quality, cost, sustainability and schedule control. Gordon is responsible for the compliance of Colliers Project Leaders’ quality assurance program with ISO 9001:2008 requirements and all aspects of operational excellence.
