Oliver graduated from the University of Victoria in 2014 where he earned his Bachelor of Commerce with a specialization in Entrepreneurship. Since joining Colliers in 2014, Oliver has worked with the brokerage leasing group for both downtown and suburban office properties before transitioning to the Valuations team. As an appraiser, Oliver has worked primarily on industrial, mixed-use, multi-residential and retail assets. In addition to these asset classes, Oliver has also performed work on automotive dealerships and cannabis facilities.
Oliver has developed strong working relationships with local developers, owner-users and brokers. He has worked with clients including Canadian Western Bank, Royal Bank of Canada, Anthem Properties, Concert Properties, Guardian Capital and Canada ICI.
He has a passion for delivering good service and strives to meet client needs in a timely manner and with educated advice. Outside of the office Oliver enjoys skiing, golfing, hiking and traveling.
Oliver is near completion of his AACI designation and has been with Colliers for 5 years.

Chase is an expert working with all commercial asset classes throughout Alberta and Saskatchewan. Chase began his career in appraisal with Colliers in 2017 where he has provided appraisal services for Industrial, Retail, Office, Multi-Family, Religious Institutes, Hotels, and Special Purpose Properties.
Chase began his education at the University of Victoria with a Bachelor of Science degree, and is currently a Candidate Appraiser working towards obtaining his AACI P.App designation.
