Matt Binfet is an Executive Vice President and Partner with Colliers International, and a member of the Industrial Services Team. Matt has been serving the Calgary industrial marketplace for more than 25 years and has consistently been one of the top commercial real estate brokers in Canada. Matt has been inducted into the Colliers Everest Club, which recognizes the performers in the 10th (top) percentile in Brokerage, Valuation, and Corporate Solutions across the Americas, who demonstrate a dedication to service excellence and building long-standing and valued client relationships. He has primarily focused his efforts on tenant representation and year after year is involved in many of the largest transactions in the City of Calgary. Matt has an established list of clientele who refer to him regularly for advice and transactional services.
Matt’s broad experience and professional approach enables him to work successfully with diverse industries and individuals, solving specific problems, and meeting his clients’ objectives.
Specializing in tenant representation has given Matt a unique skill-set and an ability to creatively maximize value in each transaction. He will spend extensive time getting to know each tenant’s business and real estate requirement, in order to become an extension of their organization and to be able to effectively negotiate on their behalf. Matt’s experience provides value to clients far beyond basic real estate fundamentals and gives tenants a competitive advantage in negotiations with landlords.

Paul Marsden is an Executive Vice President & Partner of the Colliers Calgary operations. In his day-to-day efforts he focuses on the Calgary industrial real estate market, specializing in tenant and user representation. Throughout his career Paul has established a strong reputation for evaluating the current market conditions and in-turn strategizing to best serve his client’s requirements. In conjunction with his team, they have completed 18.1m sf of transaction and nearly 1,000 acres of land sales over the past 5 years, representing approximately $1.45b in transaction value.
Beyond brokerage Paul has an active role on the Board of Director for the Colliers Calgary operations, and he takes pride in seeing both the development of the people within Colliers, and the overall growth of the company.

Josh Magnussen is a Vice President and Partner in the Colliers International Calgary Brokerage group. Over the past 8 years Josh has focused exclusively on industrial real estate in the Alberta market. Josh works closely with a team of agents and support staff to ensure his clients receive unparalleled service on all fronts.
Josh focuses his day to day business servicing the needs of occupiers seeking lease relocation, lease renewal, property purchase and property sale services. Josh also works closely with the property ownership community listing property for key developer and landlord clientele.
Josh has completed a variety of transactions ranging from 1,500 square feet to over 300,000 square feet and prides himself in providing the same level of service regardless of the size or nature of the transaction.
