Service Center Coordinator
Marques moved to Vancouver in 2015. He was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and after spending a couple of years there he moved to Pickering, Ontario where he spent most of his life.
Before starting at Colliers, Marques worked 3 and a half years as an Account Executive in the Sales department for the Vancouver Whitecaps.
Since starting at Colliers as a Service Coordinator for the Real Estate Management Services (REMS) team, Marques has created a program that helps keep building operators up to date on changes to the Facility Manager application to help with their day to day production. During these sessions, building operators can ask questions about new updates/ functions within the app they need more help on. The goal for the building operators is, to share their findings with other co-workers so everyone is confident about using/ navigating the Facility Manager App.
Marques is also currently working on the 2020 Transition of properties to a new Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). (Yardi Elevate: Facility Manager) The provinces included in this transfer are British Columbia, Victoria, Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, Newfoundland, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia.
Once the 2020 Transition is complete, Marques will begin training in regard to Facility Manager programming with the main focus being on Equipment, Preventative Maintenance, and Inspections.

Senior Property Manager
Bob is a results-oriented professional with over 30 successful years of management level experience in the Integrated Facility Management profession. He has worked in Public and Private sectors within the following markets: Insurance, Financial Services, Technology, Pharmaceutical, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, and Legal. He has managed Regional, National and Global portfolios consisting of owned & leased properties in excess of 10 million square feet, including: Corporate Head Offices, Call Centres, Data Centers, and Retail Facilities.
Bob’s client focus has been demonstrated throughout his career and he has a solid history of establishing and maintaining effective relationships with people at all levels. In his current role as Service Centre Manager, Bob's focus is the provision of continuous service excellence to our property management staff, building operators, and clients.
Manager, National Service Centre
Corinne joined Colliers in August 2017 in the Real Estate Management Services (REMS) department with a 10+ year background in team leadership, client relations, quality service, customer service and administrative support.
In August of 2018, Corinne was promoted to the role of Team Lead in the National Service Centre. In this role she continues to liaise with Property Managers and General Managers on high-level tasks and leads a team that facilitates service requests for over 46M+ sq ft. of properties across Canada. She takes the lead in onobarding new assets and users, manages current and future processes, collects data from various CMMS to incorporate them into metrics for senior leadership, and also provides day-to-day support to the Service Centre Coordinators.
In early 2020, Corinne led the operations and transfer of 40M+ sq ft. of properties to a new CMMS, Yardi Elevate: Facility Manager. During this year long project, she has trained over 300+ Colliers employees.
Prior to working at Colliers, Corinne had been a Team Lead and Culture Ambassador in the telecommuniations and operations industry for 9 years, where she focused on customer relations and team growth and development.
Business Systems Analyst
Ben joined Colliers in June 2016. Today, Ben works with the National Services team to provide Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) support to our Operations, Sustainability and Property teams across the Country. Ben's main responsibilities include CMMS program development, operation and maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancements, and the setup and management of Preventive Maintenance programs and schedules through the system.
