Roni Pachenko supports investment sales transactions throughout Canada by providing detailed financial analysis and underwriting of all asset classes. Roni has been involved in underwriting over $500MM in property sales with Colliers.
Before joining Colliers, Roni worked at private and institutional lending firms where he underwrote and conducted due diligence on over $350MM of commercial mortgages.

Quinn leads Colliers Canada’s in-house marketing production studio, with a geographically distributed team of over 20; responsible for balancing the creative vision and objectives with running an efficient and effective team. Quinn's focus is on the strategy, design, execution and operations of the studio’s work management processes, service level agreement, marketing content databases, marketing automation solutions, and tracking performance in order to plan, report, and conduct analyses.
Previously Quinn played a key role in the strategic positioning of Colliers Vancouver as a knowledge and service leader through the development and implementation of key marketing and communications initiatives for three years. She contributed to Colliers’ success through the implementation of key programs that enhance Colliers’ ability to gain and maintain market share. Her areas of focus were marketing execution, communications, proposal development and management and lead a team of marketing professionals. She ensured that marketing programs are aligned with business goals and are consistent with Colliers’ core values.
Before that, Quinn was responsible for planning, managing, owning and driving the overall strategic direction for all digital marketing objectives and social media efforts for the Colliers brand in Canada for over five years. As well as managing the six key pillars of our digital platform: content creation, SEO optimization, promotion, conversion, analytics and site development, with the ultimate goal of delivering more leads and driving greater client engagement.
