Mahsa joined Colliers in 2016 and specializes in investment sales in Greater Vancouver with an emphasis on land and investment properties.
Mahsa works alongside Morgan Dyer, and their team is one of the top-producing investment teams at Colliers with over $3 billion worth of transactions including land, retail, office, and industrial assets. The team has acted for many of Vancouver’s leading development and investment firms, both private and public, operating companies, and government institutions, representing both buyers and sellers. They specialize in the sale of large-scale investment assets and comprehensive development and redevelopment properties.
Mahsa came to Colliers from an engineering background with experience in engineering, construction, and project management. Mahsa holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in civil/structural engineering from the University of British Columbia and is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Real Estate Management Program.
Outside of work, Mahsa is a committee member of ULI BC Women’s Leadership Initiative, a host of the Real Estate Innovation Podcast, and a mentor at Beedie Luminaries.

Morgan is a Senior Vice President in the Vancouver Office of Colliers International. He is a senior member of the brokerage group and has been associated with Colliers since 1993. Morgan has acted for many of Vancouver’s leading development and investment firms, including private and public, operating companies and government institutions, representing both buyers and sellers. Morgan specializes in the sale of development and investment assets and comprehensive development and redevelopment properties.
Morgan has extensive knowledge and experience with investment and development properties, and is sought after for his experience in creating maximum value for his clients.
