Matt works as a key member of Colliers' Private Capital Investment Group. Over his career, Matt has personally originated, led and executed on over $100M in Investment Sales.
He specializes in helping commercial landlords across Ontario with the disposition of their buildings and land. Specifically, Matt concentrates on selling Mid Market Income (office and retail) properties in Toronto. Matt prides himself on his client-centric approach to running a listing process in which his objective is to maximize price while minimizing transaction risk. His responsiveness and accountability make Matt a pleasure to work with and he has numerous client testimonials that can attest to his high level of character.
Matt graduated from Ivey Business School at Western University in 2017. In his personal life, Matt is an avid Toronto sports fan and is heavily involved in the community. Annually, he participates in the Yellowbus Foundation’s 100-hole Golf Marathon, which raises money for various local children’s charities. He has personally fundraised over $15,000 in his three years participating in the event.
