Lloyd Marsh joined Colliers International Canada in 2019 after just over five years of experience in Commercial and Corporate Banking, most recently holding the title of Associate, Corporate Banking at JP Morgan Chase.
In his roles, Lloyd specialized in providing financial and due diligence analysis on some of Canada's largest publicly traded companies. Currently, Lloyd is a member of the National Investment Services Team with a focus on Multi Family Residential, Industrial, Retail and Office Assets within Southern Alberta.

Eric is a Senior Investment Sales Advisor with over Sixteen years of commercial real estate experience and holds one of a few CCIM designations in Western Canada for the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute of North America (CIREI). During Eric’s career his unwavering commitment towards the commercial real estate market and brokerage community has enabled him to understand the needs of over 4,000 clients and industry members throughout Canada, enabling him to understand today’s marketplace, participants, and trends. Throughout Eric’s career his tenacious and unwavering effort to excel within the commercial real estate sales field his awarded him with considerable success including investment grade real estate sales in office, multi-family, retail and industrial assets. Eric and his Team have been successful in brokering approximately $750 Million worth of real property over the past five years.
Maintaining close relations with both active purchaser’s and prospective vendors within the community has enabled Eric to provide unique insight into acquisition and disposition strategy. Continued involvement with all purchasers and property owner and management expertise has afforded “the team” to best understand the day-to-day operations of property management strategy and value-add components offered to their clients.

Matt has ten years of Investment Sales experience and has been instrumental in the disposition of a number of high profile properties in Calgary. Working closely with senior members of the investment group, Matt has developed extensive relationships within both the institutional and private sector. Prior to joining Colliers, Matt worked in the Research Group valuing small cap equities for a boutique investment dealer. Matt joined Colliers International in the role of Senior Financial Analyst for the Calgary Investment Sales Group. Matt has expertise in all real estate asset classes including comprehensive asset underwriting, detailed financial, market and economic analysis and property due diligence. Matt is highly regarded within the real estate community for his analytical skill and extensive market knowledge. Over the past ten years, Matt has been involved in the underwriting and marketing of over 80 transactions valued in excess of one Billion dollars. Matt is a member of Calgary’s Investment Sales Group and works closely as a team unit with his partner Eric Horvath. This unique team approach offers a provides a wide knowledge base with over 25 years of combined market experience. The team possesses a competitive advantage in providing superior market insight, and holds excellent relationships with private, public, and institutional investors.
