Nick is an Executive Managing Director and Head of Occupier Services for Canada, partnering with Colliers advisors and service line leads in developing national and international client relationships as well as identifying new business opportunities across Colliers' platform of services.
Cassia Finkelstein is the Assistant Manager, Marketing for Occupier Services, Canada. She works within the team of Nick Dauphinee, Lindsay Kitcher, Annie Jiang, Paul Swire, Cassandra Forrester, and Mohit Malhotra and creates marketing collateral and provides pitch support. She creates innovative and appropriate collateral for pitches, presentations, and proposals for the team by utilizing out-of-the-box ideas and creative approaches for impactful, emphatic presentations. She works with Colliers’ and Clients’ branding standards to ensure a cohesive end product for her deliverables that speak to a harmonious relationship.
Before joining Colliers, Cassia supported the retail endeavours of Cushman & Wakefield Canada, where she implemented new best practices for efficiently producing collateral for the retail team.
Annie is an established corporate real estate professional with over 9 years of experience across multi markets and varied asset classes, from both the brokerage and occupier sides of the spectrum.
On the brokerage side, she worked with high-profile industrial and office clients, helping them to examine their real estate challenges/requirements and provide and execute solutions and strategies to ensure the best in class services are delivered in Canadian and international markets.
On the occupier side, Annie managed the real estate portfolio for a national medical laboratory testing company, with 500 + locations across Canada. She effectively negotiated various real estate transactions directly with landlords in both public and private sectors, successfully resolved various tenant/landlord disputes, and helped in smooth transition and recovery of multiple extraordinary events including fire, flooding, pandemic etc.
Paul is the Senior Director, Enterprise Clients, Occupier Services Canada
Paul is responsible for developing national client relationships with a current focus on the oil and gas industry in Canada. He comes to Colliers with 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry specifically in the Canadian retail and commercial sector. This industry experince enables Paul to understand client needs in property dispostions, long term land leases, tenant relationships and overall property management. Through his experience in the industry Paul has developed a deep understanding of the challenges in marketing and selling decontaminated properties and the required regulatory closure process in each province.
Cassandra comes to Colliers with over nine years experience in the Real Estate industry. Previously, with Manulife Real Estate she worked for 6 years alongside their Operations, Acquisition and Disposition Teams for their main publicly traded account and international private wealth fund portfolios.
Cassandra moved to Starlight Investments where she gained visibility into their fast-paced, high volume Multi-Family acquisition strategy as the Transaction Analyst on their Due Diligence team successfully processing over 60 deals within a 2-year period. From there she went on to work with Cushman & Wakefield’s Office Leasing team where she assisted brokers with creating pitch decks, market surveys, tour books and LinkedIn Announcements.
