Under Lex's leadership, Colliers Canada has developed a world-class research and marketing platform to accelerate the success of its people and clients, culminating in the organization winning 37 International Property Awards in the last decade, for its property marketing, website and organizational marketing.
Lex is passionate about building successful teams and driving change to improve organizational performance. He achieves these through understanding people’s motivations, constantly adapting his approach and persistently pursuing objectives with a high level of energy.
Outside of Colliers Lex serves as President of the BC American Marketing Association, BC's leading industry association for marketing professionals.

As the Senior Director, Corporate Communications I Canada, Pamela leads and motivates the team responsible for executing external and internal communications, ESG and diversity and inclusion strategies. She provides leadership to the communications team and advises senior leadership to ensure the successful execution of communications strategies and objectives. With more than 20 years of experience working with national and global media outlets, Pamela understand the importance of building relationships and developing consistent messaging to elevate and protect Colliers' brand.
A key part of the National Marketing and Global Brand & Communications teams, Pamela is responsible for developing & implementing internal and external communications strategies for Colliers Canada to:
• develop and ensure consistent messaging across all business lines - brokerage, real estate management services, Colliers Project Leaders, Valuations and Advisory, Strategy and Consulting Group, and shared services;
• enhance and protect the Colliers brand and reputation through proactive media relations, issues management, and crisis communications, serving as a spokesperson for the company with media;
• engage our people from coast to coast - developing creative communications plans, and communicate cohesive messaging across internal channels to foster a diverse culture based on inclusion and equality.
Aldo Stephanus is a Senior Manager, Digital Marketing for Colliers Canada. He has a technical background in SEO, PPC, social media, digital strategy, content creation, and data analytics. Prior to joining the team, Aldo worked at Altus Group as a Digital Marketing Strategist, managing the global website, search and social campaigns, and conversion funnels. Aldo had also worked at a global digital agency (Ayima) in a similar role, leading digital campaigns and website optimization.
In his role, Aldo manages Colliers' digital marketing strategy and helps establish a stronger digital footprint for the Canadian business. Aldo works closely with the local and global marketing team and business leaders to enhance the company's digital presence and generate business through various digital channels.
Aldo holds a Master of Management from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia, in addition to a Bachelor of Science from the University of Minnesota. He has also completed a Front-End Development Certificate from Lighthouse Labs.
Quinn leads Colliers Canada’s in-house marketing production studio, with a geographically distributed team of over 30; responsible for balancing the creative vision and objectives with running an efficient and effective team. Quinn's focus is on the strategy, design, execution and operations of the studio’s work management processes, service level agreement, marketing content databases, marketing automation solutions, and tracking performance in order to plan, report, and conduct analyses.
Previously Quinn played a key role in the strategic positioning of Colliers Vancouver as a knowledge and service leader through the development and implementation of key marketing and communications initiatives for three years. She contributed to Colliers’ success through the implementation of key programs that enhance Colliers’ ability to gain and maintain market share. Her areas of focus were marketing execution, communications, proposal development and management and lead a team of marketing professionals. She ensured that marketing programs are aligned with business goals and are consistent with Colliers’ core values.
Before that, Quinn was responsible for planning, managing, owning and driving the overall strategic direction for all digital marketing objectives and social media efforts for the Colliers brand in Canada for over five years. As well as managing the six key pillars of our digital platform: content creation, SEO optimization, promotion, conversion, analytics and site development, with the ultimate goal of delivering more leads and driving greater client engagement.
Having spent over 15 years within the commercial and residential real estate industry, I bring a unique level of expertise to my team, by creating purposeful, innovative marketing and pursuit solutions to help our clients and advisors win more.
I’ve specialized in building tactical marketing strategies to drive value in order to support business development opportunities & effective promotional activities for strata, landlord representation and investment projects that have helped many of our clients continue to grow and succeed in a competitive market.
As a forward-thinking client-focused marketing expert and team leader, I look to energize and achieve results by creating a collaborative, inclusive and efficient environment centered on delivering superior results.
Michelle oversees Colliers Canada’s content program, conceptualizing and creating strategic campaigns and materials that reach target audiences via optimal channels, and meet project, client and business objectives. Collaborating with internal experts, clients and content partners, she develops content that elevates the brand, further positions the company as an industry thought leader, and provides Colliers, its people and its clients a competitive advantage.
In her previous role as Communications Manager, Michelle oversaw the Canadian business' internal and external communications, content strategy for client-facing collateral, and PR program.
