Under Lex's leadership, Colliers Canada has developed a world-class research and marketing platform to accelerate the success of its people and clients, culminating in the organization winning 37 International Property Awards in the last decade, for its property marketing, website and organizational marketing.

Julia is a full-stack marketer who supports Colliers' National team in developing a robust organic long term brand strategy utilizing various digital marketing instruments, including Web and Creative solutions, optimized Funnels and SEO.
Social Media & Content Specialist
I am a passionate digital marketer specializing in social media management and content creation. At Colliers, I create meaningful content for our social media channels, digital advertising, and other mediums to effectively communicate our brand identity and services online.
My experience living in four different countries has given me an open-minded outlook on both my life and career, from which I’ve grown to be highly adaptable to new environments. I graduated from Simon Fraser University in 2019 with a B.A. Degree in Communications and earned a Digital Marketing Certificate from BrainStation.
Director Communications I Canada
As the National Director, Corporate Communications, Pamela covers national corporate communications for Colliers Canada and is responsible for the strategic development of internal and external communications to:
• Communicate Colliers’ strategic vision and priorities;
• Facilitate and ensure consistent messaging across service lines and among shared services;
• Enhance and protect the Colliers brand and reputation;
• Develop internal & external communications programs for senior leaders, including thought leadership, sponsorships and speaking opportunities.
Reporting to the VP, Marketing and Communications and collaborating closely with the Senior Manager, Content and key leaders across the business, Pamela is a key member of National Marketing and Communications team and the Global Communications team at Colliers International.
Along with Executive Sponsor Lex Perry, Pamela manages the Communications Pillar for the North American Diversity and Inclusiveness program at Colliers.
Digital Marketing Manager | Canada
Aldo Stephanus is a Digital Marketing Manager with the Colliers Canada Marketing team. He has a technical background in SEO, PPC, social media, digital strategy, content creation, and data analytics. Prior to joining the team, Aldo worked at Altus Group as a Digital Marketing Strategist, managing the global website, search and social campaigns, and conversion funnels. Aldo had also worked at a global digital agency (Ayima) in a similar role, leading digital campaigns and website optimization.
In his role, Aldo manages Colliers' digital marketing strategy and help us establish a stronger digital footprint across Canada. Aldo works closely with the national and local marketing teams, as well as business leaders, to enhance the company's digital presence and generate business through various social and online channels.
Aldo holds a Master of Management from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia, in addition to a Bachelor of Science in Food Science & Engineering from the University of Minnesota. He has also completed the Front-End Development Certificate from Lighthouse Labs.
Senior Marketing Manager, Property Sales | Canada
As a member of the Strategy and Pursuit team, I work with a talented, creative, and inspiring group of people to develop and execute marketing strategy.
In partnership with senior leaders and advisors, I build property marketing strategies, craft winning proposals for mid to large property and investment sales projects, and promote Colliers brokerage services on a national scale.
With Colliers since 2014, I collaborate closely with local Managing Directors to forge and promote strategic initiatives that support their client engagement plans for private capital market segments within their local markets.
Marketing Manager, Industrial | Canada
As the Marketing Manager Industrial for Colliers Canada, Irene works with Industrial Team to provide strategic marketing services. In her role, she is focused on medium and large-scale property campaigns, new business proposals and pitches.
Irene has extensive experience in marketing and communications covering commercial real estate and retail sectors that have been acquired with Colliers International and Shell in Europe. Her areas of expertise include corporate PR, communication strategy, crisis management, project management, and digital marketing.
Director, Marketing Studio | Canada
Quinn leads Colliers Canada’s in-house marketing production studio, with a geographically distributed team of over 20; responsible for balancing the creative vision and objectives with running an efficient and effective team. Quinn's focus is on the strategy, design, execution and operations of the studio’s work management processes, service level agreement, marketing content databases, marketing automation solutions, and tracking performance in order to plan, report, and conduct analyses.
Previously Quinn played a key role in the strategic positioning of Colliers Vancouver as a knowledge and service leader through the development and implementation of key marketing and communications initiatives for three years. She contributed to Colliers’ success through the implementation of key programs that enhance Colliers’ ability to gain and maintain market share. Her areas of focus were marketing execution, communications, proposal development and management and lead a team of marketing professionals. She ensured that marketing programs are aligned with business goals and are consistent with Colliers’ core values.
Before that, Quinn was responsible for planning, managing, owning and driving the overall strategic direction for all digital marketing objectives and social media efforts for the Colliers brand in Canada for over five years. As well as managing the six key pillars of our digital platform: content creation, SEO optimization, promotion, conversion, analytics and site development, with the ultimate goal of delivering more leads and driving greater client engagement.
