Office Project Specialist
Joselyn joined Colliers in 2019. Previously she worked for another brokerage where she was responsible for managing the marketing of properties and the coordination of research data. Joselyn has developed a reputation as an innovative and skilled thinker, with proficiency in all marketing capabilities.
As an Office Project Specialist, Joselyn focuses on project management, proposal creation, presentation preparation, report writing, data analysis, target marketing, transaction administration and client-facing activities.
In her spare time Joselyn enjoys skiing and spending time with her family.
Executive Vice President
Matt specializes in advising tenants in leasing, acquiring and financing office properties in Metro Vancouver. He is known by his clients for his work ethic and his ability to develop strategy processes that accomplish their financial and non-financial objectives. In his role at Colliers he has completed nearly 200 real estate transactions accounting for approximately $500 million in value.
Outside of Colliers, Matt volunteers with the United Way, is the Co-Chair of a non-profit technology organization and is an advisor/mentor to young entrepreneurs.
After completing his M.A. in Economics at the University of St. Andrews in 2013, Peter brought his passion for learning to a senior Office Brokerage team at Colliers.
During his time at Colliers, Peter has been actively involved in corporate tenant and landlord representation and lease analysis. His analytical background as well as his incisive thinking allows Peter to solve the multi-faceted real estate and business challenges that his clients face.
Christopher graduated from Queen's University in 2016, earning a Bachelors of Commerce with a focus in Marketing and Finance.
Christopher joined Colliers in 2017 and became a member of the Western Canadian Acceleration Program, bringing with him experience in Office Leasing as well as Hotel development.
Since starting at Colliers, Christopher has gained experience in strata sales and has specialized in his work by joining the National Tech Practice Group where he works with occupiers in the tech sector to plan their long-term real estate strategies.
Robin specializes in office sales and leasing throughout downtown Vancouver, the Broadway corridor, and Burnaby. He represents technology companies in finding office space that improves their business output. Robin combines his understanding of the local markets with a creative understanding of specific business needs to increase his client's potential.
Robin graduated from the Simon Fraser University Economics program. He spent a summer as the National Marketing and Communications Intern at Colliers, gaining valuable perspective of client expectations and market trends before joining the Broker Acceleration Program in 2019.

As a member of the Office Division, Graham takes a client-centric approach while representing tenants and landlords in Downtown Vancouver and Suburban markets. Graham has tailored his methodology to understand the core business drivers of his clients, in order to create tangible value for them. His active market involvement generates relevant and impactful information, which can be leveraged in negotiations for the benefit of his clients.
