Jonathan is focused on providing full-service real estate solutions for owners, occupiers and investors of real estate. Jonathan concentrates on industrial leasing, investment and land sales. On the leasing side, he assists clients with their relocation, expansion, contraction and renewal negotiations. On the investment side, he is actively sourcing private capital groups and helps facilitate a systematic process for the acquisition or disposition of income producing properties. His background in leasing, as well as understanding the market dynamics of real estate, enables him to help clients stay ahead of the curve.
Jonathan’s primary responsibilities include business development, financial analysis, property underwriting and the development of comprehensive marketing programs. Jonathan has one of the highest service excellence scores in the company because he assists his clients in meeting their unique objectives through a collaborative approach.
In 2008, before Jonathan Howard embarked on a career in commercial real estate, he wanted to use the blessings he had been given to help children and families impacted by Autism. While partnering with the Autism Society of Canada, Jonathan ran 8000+ kms (five marathon, per week, equivalent), in 199 running days, from St. John's, NL to Victoria, BC, meeting countless numbers of individuals to raise awareness of an issue affecting more and more Canadians everyday. Thanks to the support of his volunteers, various Canadian businesses, and representatives from all political parties, including Premiers and the Prime Minister, Jonathan was able to complete this feat and raise $100,000 for Autism.
