John has been with Colliers since 1991 when he came on board to further specialize in commercial office leasing and capitalize on Colliers international growth plan .Prior to Colliers, John was a partner, director and top producer at another recognized realtor.
John continues to serve loyal clients via executive level representation. Assignments include reviewing all aspects of corporate space needs including valuations,forecasting advisory services and execution.Transactions include a $85mill portfolio sale, a des-build Microsoft head office, BDO Canada portfolio management, dev land sales and 100k sf office renewals.NAIOP Excellence Award Finalist 2002.
