Jodie Fedkiw

Jodie specializes in Calgary's industrial market and is the newest addition to a veteran CRE team, including Evan Truman, Michael Massing, Patrick Sailer, and Leslie Berge. Prior to joining Colliers, Jodie worked with Oxford Properties Group while completing a B.Comm, Real Estate Studies at the Westman Centre for Real Estate Studies at the University of Calgary. At Oxford, Jodie successfully led the team responsible for Bow Valley Square's LEED Platinum certification; a sustainability standard that only 29 commercial buildings in Alberta have achieved since 2011. She’s dedicated to serving the strategic needs of her clients by creatively maximizing the value of each transaction.
