Jin Kim joined the Office Leasing group in 2011 as a Client Project Coordinator, supporting Colin Scarlett and Dan Jordan with a focus on tenant representation, marketing strategies, proposal/presentation support and market knowledge.
Jin is an integral part of the Vancouver office leasing team and has provided client support and coordination of successful projects for companies such as: Microsoft, DHX, Flight Centre, Global Relay, Impark, Miller Thomson, Disney and Spaces/Regus.
Jin has worked with Colin Scarlett and Dan Jordan on numerous law firm real estate projects as a part of the Colliers' Law Firm Practice Group. The group has completed real estate transactions on behalf of some of the largest law firms in the city of Vancouver and have published a number of research papers on the legal trends and business challenges facing local and international law firms.
