He specializes in helping commercial landlords across Ontario with the disposition of their buildings and land. Specifically, Matt concentrates on selling Mid Market Income (office and retail) properties in Toronto. Matt prides himself on his client-centric approach to running a listing process in which his objective is to maximize price while minimizing transaction risk.
