Jen joined Colliers International in August 2015 working in the Burlington office as a Client Project & Office Services Coordinator. She comes from an advertising background as a Media Buyer.
She has since moved to the Toronto West office in 2016 and is a Client Project Coordinator and Sales Representative supporting Graham Meader and Colin Alves along with Aileen Muan. Some of her day to day responsibilities include the creation and implementation of marketing materials; creation of presentations & market updates; monitoring of team listings; transaction management; property site tours; and acting as a client liaison.

John is in his 32nd year of working for Colliers in 2021. John has been working in the Kitchener office (Waterloo Region) since August of 2000. John has represented many local and national firms. Companies such as Waste Management, Drive Products, Crosby Motors Polyfab, Desco, Corix, Lane Sales and Home Hardware (to name a few), have used John's local knowledge and also have had John nationally represent their real estate needs. Prior to arriving in the Region of Waterloo, John was the Director of Colliers International in Guadalajara, Mexico from January 1995 through until July of 2000. During this time John worked with many international corporations helping them secure operations in Mexico. Some of these companies were Nike, Ford, RSP Manufacturing, Redwood Systems, USCO, BDT, Avnet and Hershey. John has extensive experience dealing with
multi-national companies and working with corporate mandates. John began his career at Colliers in 1989 in the Mississauga offices where he worked in both the office and industrial markets. John’s mantra is “patience, relationships and repeat business.”

Karl Innanen quickly became a “spokesman” for the investment real estate market in Southwestern Ontario. He was able to dovetail his economics education from the University of Western Ontario with the practical experiences working in the real estate brokerage field since 1990.

Ron began his career in Commercial Real Estate in 1997 as a Marketing Coordinator and then as a Sales Associate where he gained a thorough understanding of real estate sales and marketing fundamentals. Ron joined Colliers in 1999 where he quickly immersed himself in the Southwestern Ontario Industrial market.
During this time Ron worked hard to develop strong relationships with owners and users, individual city and regional development associations and fellow real estate brokers and professionals. He has developed an excellent reputation for integrity and fairness in all of his relationships and has become the leading authority on industrial market information for Southwestern Ontario.
Ron continues to play an enthusiastic and important role in the industrial market in Cambridge, Brantford and many other areas in Southwestern Ontario.

Justin joined the Waterloo Region Colliers office in 2004 after completing his Urban Development degree from the University of Western Ontario. His focus is exclusively industrial sales & leasing in Waterloo Region and Brant County.
Justin works in partnership with Colliers Waterloo Region Vice-President Ron Jansen and together they have leased and sold over 11 million sq.ft. of industrial real estate since 2007. He consistently ranks in the top 3 producers in the Waterloo Region office.
Justin has attended the Colliers Canadian Excellence Awards based on sales performance.
Justin is currently on the Board of Directors for Juniour Achievement and several event organizing committees for the Foodbank of Waterloo Region.

Chris Thoms joined Colliers International in 2010 as an industrial sales representative, working together with Ron Jansen and Justin Lavoie.
