Professional Summary

Jason has been involved in commercial real estate with Colliers International since 1997.   He has extensive knowledge in leasing, as well as investment sales and purchasing of commercial real estate assets on behalf of users and investors.   Jason's experience, which spans over 20 plus years, has allowed him to work on major new office developments and has provided him with the opportunity to work alongside colleagues within Collier's private capital markets and urban redevelopment teams on various real estate projects.

Sustainability and the environment are two issues that are important to Jason. In 2008 Jason took it upon himself to become one of the few agents in Toronto who are LEED certified (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), providing him with an insight into the future of building design, as well as what companies will be looking for from a sustainability standpoint.  A partial list of projects Jason has worked on over his career is outlined below.
