Jarek joined Colliers in 2019 as a research analyst. Within a month, he had joined a high grossing, experienced sales team as a Client Project Coordinator in order to get practical experience while taking testing for his real estate license. Once licensed Jarek partnered with Senior Associate Tom Deibert, combining Tom’s extensive experience within the commercial real estate industry and Jarek’s expertise in sales, digital marketing and technology. The team brings a unique blend of old school and new wave marketing techniques to the table, and puts an emphasis on the client's best interest coming first.
Prior to joining Colliers, Jarek received a Bachelor of Commerce with the Edwards School of Business at the University of Saskatchewan. During this time, he was highly active in the school's Student Society and volunteered with a number of other organizations around the college. Additionally, he acquired a Co-op placement work term at Federated Co-operatives Limited, during which he utilized sales, consumer behaviour, and demographics to build strategic store layouts for Co-op Grocery locations as well as performed due diligence on potential real estate acquisitions. He honed his ability in cold calling and traditional sales tactics while running a Student Works Painting Franchise, while utilizing digital marketing tactics in producing online marketing campaigns for over 100 successful student events as VP of Marketing for his Student Society.
