Robyn brings her experience from more than 30 years of workplace research, strategy and change engagements with a wide variety of organizations, including government, private and healthcare sectors across multiple geographies.
Robyn is experienced in research and engagement methods that enable her to develop effective workplace strategies within long-term portfolio solutions in large, diverse organizations. She is a recognized for creating simple, complete solutions to complex problems, with recommendations that are meet the needs of the business, that make financial sense, and that are technically possible for the client to build, implement and operate.
Robyn is skilled at facilitating internal discussions and negotiating through competing priorities to create alignment amongst executive teams. As an experienced coach, she facilitates courageous conversations, drives continuous innovation, and builds the necessary knowledge and skills in her client's teams so that they can move forward with confidence.
