Elsie is based in the Vancouver office as an associate. She began her real estate valuation career in 2017 conducting residential appraisals in Alberta. She has since expanded her expertise to commercial property valuations, specializing in the following areas:
- Valuations of larger office, shopping centres, industrial properties, retail properties, residential properties, multifamily developments, portfolios, comprehensive development sites, vacant lands and development sites, as well as Highest and Best Use analysis and absorption analysis.
She joined Colliers Valuation & Advisory Services team as a valuation analyst in September 2020. Elsie is currently an AIC Candidate and working towards her AACI designation.
